If a fire breaks out in an enclosed area, are you prepared?

The often-misquoted rule about fire in a crowded theater is that you cannot “falsely” yell fire in a crowded theater. If there is a fire in a crowded theater, you have at least a moral obligation to yell fire an help people evacuate. But if that happens, what do you do?

  • Do you know where the exists are?
  • Do you know how to avoid smoke inhalation?
  • Do you know how to help others escape?
  • Not just in theaters, but wherever fire breaks out, knowing how to escape could easily save your life and the lives of others.
